Design Assist is our complimentary support service to help customers prepare their ideas or existing images for wall printing. If your artwork isn't print-ready, we help bridge the gap between your concept and a finished wall print. Wall Preparation
As part of our consultation and site visit, we will assess the suitability of your wall and workspace before printing takes place. This helps us make sure the surface is suitable and ready to achieve the best possible result.
If the wall requires preparation, we can recommend trusted contractors from our network (based on location) and provide this in our quotation to you, or you can choose to use your own decorator. Before printing begins, the prepared area must be checked and approved by us to ensure it meets the requirements for a high-quality finish.

Our Premium Spot Print and Luxurious Relief Print finishes are best suited to light-coloured surfaces to ensure the texture, detail, and visual impact of the print are shown at their best.
For the highest quality results, we recommend these finishes on standard interior walls or glass surfaces. Darker or unsuitable surfaces may reduce the visibility of the raised textured effects and may not achieve the intended premium finish.
