Design Assist

Design Assist is our complimentary support service to help customers prepare their ideas or existing images for wall printing. If your artwork isn't print-ready, we help bridge the gap between your concept and a finished wall print. This helps our customer who need a little more inspiration get the most out of their wall print.

 We can help you with the following.​

• Resize artwork to fit your working surface space

• Merge multiple elements or images, merging up to 6 layers

• Adjust design layout for balance and proportion

• Make minor visual refinements so your print is clear and polished

We also use advanced tools, including AI-assisted enhancement, to explore and expand the creative possibilities of your design.

• As part of this process, we can develop up to three design concepts inspired by your brief, helping you visualise different directions before finalising your wall artwork.

• This includes all of the features within our Design Assist service, ensuring your chosen design is refined and fully prepared for print.

We do not create designs from scratch. All our image printing is inspired by the client which allows better visualization of your space, in your own time without the complexity, cost or uncertainty of a full custom design.

 

Design Assist does not include.​

• Logo creation or branding development

• Bespoke full illustrations or complex artwork designs

• Advanced graphic projects
   

If your project requires advanced design work we recommend hiring a professional graphic designer before using design assist. We will happily accept any design sent to us to be reviewed and optimised for printing.
