6. Data Retention

We retain customer images and artwork for 180 days after completion of the order, after which they are securely deleted from active systems.

If work is not completed and If there is no communication from the customer after 30 days since last contact, the customer images and artwork will be securely deleted from active systems.

Files may remain in secure system backups for a limited additional period before automatic deletion.

 

Images, designs and artwork that are created using stock images, licensed materials, artificial intelligence tools or other non personal sources that do not relate to or identify an individual customer created by Wall Print Creative LTD, may be retained in our database for a period determined at our discretion and will not be in breach of any privacy law within the UK

We may retain other personal data longer where:
• You request archive storage for reorders
• There is an ongoing dispute
• We are legally required to retain records for example but not limited to - accounting or UK tax purposes
