Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Artwork (UK)

1. Bespoke & Personalised Artwork and Designs for Printing.

All commissioned and personalised artwork is created to the customer’s specific requirements and is therefore classified as bespoke goods.
Commissions are produced using client-supplied or mutually agreed reference materials and concepts. The service does not include the creation of wholly original imagery developed entirely from scratch without reference or an agreed brief.
In accordance with UK consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods that are made to a customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
Once work has commenced on a commissioned piece, orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required before the the final draft gets created and work begins.
The deposit covers:
• Initial consultation time
• Design preparation
• Materials purchased
• Print time on site allocated
The deposit is non-refundable unless the Wall Print Creative cancels the work order.

3. Client Cancellation

If you cancel your work order after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be retained.

4. Revisions

The commission includes up to 1 revision at the draft stage.
Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
Approval of the final draft confirms acceptance of the design prior to completion.

5. Faulty or Misdescribed Artwork

You are entitled to a remedy if the artwork:
• Is not as described
• Is significantly different from the agreed brief
• Has not been created with reasonable care and skill
If this occurs, please notify the artist within 14 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence
where applicable.
Where appropriate, the following remedies may be offered:
• Repair or correction
• Replacement
• Partial refund
• Full refund (where legally required)

6. Colour & Screen Variations

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, printing processes, and lighting
conditions. Minor variations do not constitute a fault.

7. Our Right to Cancel

Wall Print Creative reserves the right to cancel a work order and issue a full refund, including the deposit, if:
• The brief changes substantially after agreement
• Communication breaks down
• The project becomes unworkable
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent completion

• Site conditions have not been satisfied to allow our job to be completed to our expected standards
