Terms & Conditions – Wall Print Services (UK)
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all wall print services provided by Wall Print Creative (the “Company”, ”We”, “Us”, “Our”.).
By completing our Design sheet, paying a deposit or proceeding with a booking, the client (the “Client”, “Customer”, “you”.) confirms acceptance of these terms.
2. Quotations & Design Requirements
No quotations will be provided until the Client supplies final design artwork (or an approved design concept)
Along with clear size references and wall dimensions. Pricing is based on design size, print area, surface condition, access, quantity of prints and site requirements.
You accept to be contacted via telephone or e-mail in regards to the work completed. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
You must submit an image for processing. We do not create a fully original or from-scratch image creation. We provide drafts from reference materials supplied by the customer.
If we cannot get hold of you or there is no response from you after 30 days, we will terminate your inquiry and the relevant information on file.
2.1 Quotations are final unless revised by Wall Print Creative by official document, which will be sent to you by our customer email address - info@wallprintcreative.com
2.2 If our design assist service is used, we cannot guarantee to provide the customer 3 previews of their image sent to us. From time to time, we cannot provide a suitable image due to the nature of the image or the quality of imagery sent to us. We will let you know before any bookings take place.
2.3 Our design assist service is solely to elaborate on an existing idea the customer has sent to us, using the customer's own words and ideas from the design sheet. We will create new concepts using AI or photo editing software. If any new concepts you find not appropriate, please let us know immediately.
2.4 Wall Print Creative takes no liability for the images sent to us. The customer accepts that they hold full responsibility that they own the image rights or have been given the permission to use the images sent to us.
2.5 Any unlawful images that we receive, we hold the right to report these images directly to the local authority.
2.6 Where a site visit is not required, before submitting your completed design form, you have measured all the necessary measurements as accurately as possible and have watched our ‘how to’ video guides for guidance on what is required.
3. Minimum Print Spend
3.1 The minimum chargeable print area is 1.5 square metres. Clients may choose to print smaller areas; However, the minimum charge still applies.
3.2 Print sizes are charged per half square meter, based on the height of the design to the width of the design. If we deem fit, any breaks in the design where there is significant empty space within the wall print, we will not charge. Wall Print Creative quotes are final and non-negotiable
3.3 There is no maximum print spend
3.4 Minimum print area/spend applies on location and distance from our Bedfordshire office (LU7 Postcode). Working print areas can be applied across various designs and projects at the same location of works. We offer our services UK wide (except NI) Below is our typical working range and required minimum print area.

Within 25 miles - Standard 1.5 Sq.M

25 to 30 miles - 2.5 Sq.M

25 to 30 miles - 3.5 Sq.M - Postal codes that fall into the official GLA (Greater London Authority)

30 to 50 miles - 4.5 Sq.M

Greater than 50 miles - 6.5 Sq.M
We may deviate from this policy at our own discretion from customer to customer depending on the final print location.
4. Site Visits & Surveys
4.1 Any project requiring a site visit is subject to a flat site visit fee of £75. This fee is non-refundable but redeemable against the final print cost. A site visit does not constitute a confirmed booking until a deposit is paid.
4.2 Any projects that require more than 5 design prints, a site visit will be required and point 4.1 will be implemented.
4.3 During the site visits. If the walls are not in a suitable condition, we will let the client know. Following any amendments to the walls a further site visit may be needed, an additional fee will be charged for the additional site visit. This fee will be redeemable against the final print cost.
4.4. All site visits that we make, the customer must make sure we have been given permission to access the project location. If we cannot survey the site because access has not been granted or the survey area is inaccessible at no fault of Wall Print Creative, another site survey must be completed and a new visit fee will be charged but not redeemed against the booking.
4.5 Site visits are complimentary in our services where the print location is within a 30 mile radius from our Bedfordshire office.
5. Deposits & Booking Confirmation
5.1 A 30% deposit of the total project cost is required to secure a booking. Where a site visit fee has already been paid, this amount will be deducted from the required deposit. Deposits are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 9.
5.2 Once the deposit has been received, You agree for the work to be completed by Wall Print Creative and make all necessary requirements for the works to be completed on the day that has been agreed.
6. Design Approval & Changes
6.1 Once the design has been signed off and the deposit paid, no changes to the design, size, or layout may be made. Any requested changes after approval will be treated as a new project.
6.2 Our design preview(s) are provided for visual reference only and not a real life representation of your image on your intended working wall.
6.3 Our technical drawing will show the size of your design in relation to the reference point you have given us. At this point, 1 change can be made to the size of your approved design.
7. Image Optimisation & Print Quality
Following design approval, the Company will optimize the final artwork for wall printing. If technical or quality issues arise that prevent satisfactory printing, the Client will be offered an alternative design solution (which may be discounted) or a refund of the deposit where no viable alternative exists.
8. Equipment Relocation & Additional Prints
8.1 Pricing is based on a single setup and print location. If equipment must be relocated to another address, this will be treated as a separate print setup and charged accordingly.
8.2 Additional prints requested on-site are charged separately but do not incur a separate set up fee
8.3 Prints that require multiple days on site, the customer will be noted by e-mail beforehand to arrange the necessary requirements for us to be on site. A charge may be applied if there is a break in continuous days of work at no fault of Wall Print Creative
9. Payments
9.1 Full payment of the remaining balance must be made at the point of print completion and before the Company leaves site, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved industrial or commercial clients may be granted alternative payment terms. This will be agreed in advance and in writing via e-mail.
9.2 We accept major credit cards and debit cards, bank transfers or cash in Great British Pounds. We do not accept cheques or any other form of currency.
10. Surface Conditions & Liability
10.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring wall surfaces are suitable for printing. The Company is not liable for defects caused by damp, uneven, or damaged surfaces, or pre-existing wall conditions.
10.2 Cancellations after deposit payment result in the loss of the clients deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
10.3 If we believe a surface is un-workable and will need greater preparation before any work commences, we will let the client know during our telephone consultation or site visit. Wall Print Creatives' decision is final.
10.5 We require a minimum parallel space of 1 metre throughout the printing process. This allows smooth operation of our printer, either on wheels or on our track, to complete the job. It is the customers responsibility to make sure this space is available. We refuse the right to commence work on the day if we are unable to use our wall printer because of this. We cannot guarantee an immediate date to return.
10.6 If a job cannot be completed at no fault of Wall Print Creative, the non-refundable deposit will not be reimbursed.
10.7 Wall Print Creative is fully insured with comprehensive public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of a claim, please contact us in writing at info@wallprintcreative.com where we can try to resolve your complaint.
11. Warranty and Refunds
11.1 All interior prints come with a 5 year warranty from the date of installation. All exterior prints come with a 3 year warranty from the date of installation. Warranties include the replacement/reprint of the original design and relevant labour costs involved for the print ONLY by Wall Print Creative.
This warranty covers the printed image where the following occurs;

Ink disfiguration

Ink peeling or flaking

Excessive colour change (Not from excessive natural conditions such as direct sunlight or adverse weather conditions)
This warranty does not cover the printed image where;

The wall or surface the image is printed on becomes damaged, such as but not limited to, flaking, peeling, crumbling, shatters, cracks, burnt, deformed, damp.

Where harsh or chemically potent substances have been applied to clean the surface of the print causing a reaction

Damaged caused by, but not limited to, physical contact, chemical reactions, excessive abrasion, scratches, frequent exposure to adverse weather conditions or excessive direct sunlight and water damage.
11.2 Please keep all records of work commenced with us and contact info@wallprintcreative.com if you need to make a warranty submission in the future. A site visit may be necessary to complete any warranty claims.

12. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Design Permissions
The Client confirms that they own, or have obtained, all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use any designs, images, logos, or artwork supplied for printing. By approving a design for printing, the Client warrants that the artwork does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights. The Company accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from client-supplied designs and the Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any related claims.
13. Marketing Use
13.1 All designs created by the Company remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company may photograph and video-record completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the Client opts out writing to us prior to installation.
14. Acceptance
By paying a deposit or allowing work to proceed, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
